You Are Somebody With

  • Experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation and configuration.

​

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceive of innovative solutions.

​​

  • Excellent communication, having the ability to convey complex concepts to clients.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

​

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects as well as team environments.

​

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math related field.

What You'll Do

If you are more "technically" inclined  (e.g. developers, programmers, coders, etc.)​, you will:​​

​

  • Develop, configure, and customize IBM Maximo applications to meet business requirements.

  • Design and implement automation scripts and Maximo Business Objects (MBO) to enhance system functionality.

  • Create and modify BIRT reports to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.

  • Integrate Maximo with other systems using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and middleware.

  • Perform system upgrades and ensure the integrity and stability of the Maximo environment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes.

  • Stay updated with the latest Maximo features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

If you are "functionally" inclined (e.g. business analysts, project managers, etc.), you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from clients.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Maximo solutions 

  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements by testing solutions built by IT teams.
